Thx in advance !

Hi Rob,

just select the chords-only accompaniment from the Playback menu, then export the progression with File >> Export.

When I export a progression I  dont want the bass and other functions that comes with it only the chords.

When I put the midi file in Logic,it creates 3 tracks:Chords,Bass and the other one I guess its for CC messages or something...

When I play the sequence the volume of the track always peaks at maximum everytime I playback.I have to  disable or erase  the volume in hyperdraw(midi automation).

How can I solve this?...

You can disable the bass on the Playback menu. Also be sure you disable the "Chords" and "Container Structure" options on export. This would add chord labels (text) and song sections (text) to the global track of the file.

Logic should not create a track for the global track, if t's empty. The global track of a midi file usually contains tempo, key and time signature events. If there aren't any other events, Logic will hopefully skip it.
