I know this is a big request and so would have to wait for a major upgrade but would a method of controlling the velocities of several instruments be possible? This would be very useful for crescendo/diminuendo, for example.
I was thinking of a global parameter like Tempo and Harmony that would have "0" as a default and could be edited like normal velocity. Its value would be added or subtracted from the velocities of all instruments. Perhaps there could be an option to use percentages rather than absolute values too.
Do other people think this would be a useful feature?

you could use the container defaults phrase for that, but that would replace velocity for all instruments inside it rather than scale it.
I always had something like this in mind, but was unsure how to implement it. A Parameter "Dynamics" would be nice.
Or even something more sophisticated like "Conductor" that controls dynamics, controllers and other parameters in a more associative way: You could adjust the overall level of "drama". Great for film scoring ...
We definitely need more user feedback. The issue is, if we were to add new features all the time, the product would end up as a pile of random features. It is a major design decision of the software to avoid redundancy and isolated ad-hoc functionality.
