Does HN2 support drag & drop into a DAW such as Reaper?
Also, any suggestions for inexpensive, good sound libs on par with the add-ons for Presonus Notion?
I'm really keen on decent solo jazz clarinets & horns.

HN2 supports drag & drop export. Just drag the part you want to export, and tap the spacebar once over the DAW to release it before you release the mouse button.
As for decent clarinets and some brass instruments, check out the SWAM Engine (audiomodelling.com).

Yeh, I've looked & looked, tempted by Band-in-a-Box's "real band" sampling, but it's locked into their system. Same goes for PreSonus' Notion system, but I suspect it has far superior articulation & dynamic range. I'm just rather nonplussed by sample libs that are locked into a product never mind the price.

So ... my software targets are PreSonus' DAW/Sequencer (it's freebie bundled w/ a USB audio interface) , "Jam Origin" (near-real time guitar-to-MIDI) & HN2 as the main composition aid.
