I bought an iPad mini in December and have been working on a lot of tunes on that.i have been using apps to do midi that trigger synth apps. I also have been finding a lot of cool music theory apps that export chords via midi. I have also been using all in one apps like nano studio and best maker 2. None of this does everything well. Either the stand is good but not the midi sequencer triggering. Or the music theory. I think Synfire could really dominate the iOS market it really does it all. I thing this could be a way to break from the thicket oh Mac PC Daws the midi side of thing in thripsthe the iOS market is in it's infancy reminds of the per midi days with analogue synths. And no standard cv. I would love to see Synfire on an iPad one day. I think synfires UI is perfect for touch screen.
