Another interesting feature of Synfire is the ability to "rotate" the selected notes in order to shift the same figure(s) on different beats and measures. This can be useful, for example, when you want to create the consequent of a phrase using the same material of the antecedent but on different rhythmic positions (a really common practice from centuries!)
In this example I got an interesting result by copying the measures 1-8 of the piano right hand track and pasting them on meas. 9-16. Then I selected meas. 9-16, appplied the reverse function from the "Transform" contextual menu. Then I rotated the entire block 9-16 using the left arrow key until I got in the 9-15 range the mirror image of bars 1-7 (see figures below).
And I should add that Synfire has perfectly adapted this mirror image to the chord progression.
Bravo Andre :-)

Ha! Couldn't resist. Here's a variation of yours, with a few tweaks and two instruments added. The synth plays your lines at 1/3 speed, inverted.
Container Rhythm: (a swing template for all instruments)
RH Interpretation: "Solo" + Shift: "Steal Time + Humanizer"
LH Interpretation: "Generate Pedal"
The first one (swing4.mp3) is usual elevator music, but the second one (swing5.mp3) uses a fast turning Harmony riff, very simple but effective in that it makes melodies move across many chords that can not be actually heard. I much like the effect when Harmony moves much faster than chords & melodies.
Oh, the fast turnaround is "Fast Turnaround" from the Harmony example library.

Thanks for sharing, Andre, nice example!
I imported the whole thing in StudioOne4 and assigned some better sounding instruments to the tracks: Piano Ivory C7, Bb Clarinet from VSL (with some range adjustments), Upright Bass from Kontakt Factory Library.
No mix, no effects, compressors or other mix stuff. Just your file "as is".
How did you humanize the piano part? Really liked it!

Nice mix. Check the Shift parameter's templates for easy humanizers.
Listening again now, I think the melodies don't work rhythmically. They are sort of counterpoint-ish linear, while they should probably ornament around the piano parts with a more noticeable swing. What might happen when I create a Rhythm parameter off one of the piano parts and apply it to the melodies?
