There are many situations where the playbar is in a particular desired location, then soon as a container is clicked the playbar disapears such that the desired playbar location must be immediately reset within the time-line (eg. navigation, zoom, divide). As with many of my comments, its a small thing, but all of these small things do add up to something significant in terms of the fluidity of a productive work-flow.
