When in the mixer page it would be nice if you could re-assign a part to a new category and instrument, one less step, It's sometimes easier to decide on instruments by seeing mixer page, and getting a clearer view of what's going on.. In arrangement page, often instruments are out of view by scroll command. I often create two pianos or flutes, not realizing I already had an instrument of in that catagory..

You can do that already. Select the "Instr." tab on the inspector. If has the same features as in the arrange view.

Yes I'm aware of that, I just think to be able to do it from the mixer page too would make program more userfriendly.. Although it's extra work for Andre.. SOME Redundency in a program is VERY helpful, because of human nature, people perceive things that fit in their unique perspective of 'how it should work' .. And when it doesn't work the way they want, they sometimes, get struck, cause they have a hard time perceiving a different method.
Indeed in Logic there is a fair amount of reduncy, different people will favor to use a different routine.. Just like you can take one of several routes to arrive at the same destination.
