It would be nice if one could 'rename' the tracks on import. Might be helpful to change MIDI channel.. I always use the same MIDI channel assignment, that which is Yamaha's Tyros 4's assignment.. Changing name and reassign the track, would make it much easier to keep track of what is going on.
It would be helpful to delete tracks from the import track - I know you can uncheck them, the simpler the fewer details, the easier it is to remember everything.
Also is there a way to disable shifting octaves. It appears SFP does this even before you do any processing. Shifting of course would mess up instruments which used high or low octaves to do articulations..
