Quantize container size?

When I resize containers often the size is a little too big or small, because my screen is high resolution.  Is it possible to quantize container sizes?

You can enter the length of a container and its offset from the parent in the container properties.

Would be better if the containers obeyed the grid. I quite often end up with containers being 32m+120 (or similar ridiculous values) long

Thanks!  I see now that after I add content the container size seems to snap to the grid, which is what I was looking for.
