Logic makes a lot of use of the mouse buttons, and the functions change depending on what item you left/right click on..
This could really simplify the listing of commands, The list is only displayed when you need a certain function.
You would want some reduncy, but this could really clear up display real estate.

Also make the menus float and stay there untill you click something in the menu, or click outside the menu to make it dissapear.
The current right-click menus are very annoying. When you accidentaly move your pointer outside the menu, it's gone, and you have to start all over again.
