Is there a way to save SFP with your selected libraries, and phrases open?. It would be nice especially to have previous libraries open. For now I'm dragging phrases from different libraries to one library dedicated to the particular arrangement I'm working on. That way I can go back and pick alternate phrases from that library that are close in character but slightly different.
Is there a work-a-round I'm not familar with?

Libraries are independent files that can be openened and saved like other documents. Therefore they can not be included with a Screen Set.
We consider making libraries directories, that is, folders in the file system. This would allow for running multiple browsers on them, e.g. embedded in the arrangement. Similar to how samples browser their patches on disk.
