I'm not sure if these points have been mentioned already or there is something I am overlooking. Here are a couple of issues that I would like.

You could set a global preference for size of instruments in arrange page.
Now it appears to be set by container. If you have a bunch of instruments, and move from container to container, you must shrink display size down every time to see what instrument is playing.
a 'floating' transport' window. or possibily one transport window which would play whatever currently selected window (arrange/phrase/library)
A preference that would let currently selected window to move to top of desktop. I have to keep re-arranging windows see/copy/paste

I would like to see a Context Sensitive Help Menu when I right click on something. For example, right clicking current gives context sensitive parameters and choices, for example, righ clicking on the Arrangement brings up things like "New Container", "Rename", etc.... it would be nice to have a "About" or "Help" on this so that a small, hyperlinked window to more detailed help would pop up.
This would be super useful and would greatly accelerate usability.
