I was going to wait until Synfire Pro 1.5 came out of beta. I think it has now. Anyhow, I just wanted to say thanks to Cognitone and Andre for the Synfire Pro 1.5 update and especially the MIDI only drones and rock solid ReWire syncing. Thanks also for tollerating the constructive criticism and debate. I really appreciate it.
Cheers to an awesome 2012 and more amazing Synfire features! Thanks!
:)
Best,
Jason

Same here, I have worked for synth hardware and synth software companies (Yoyetra). I know what a huge amount of work you go thru chasing bugs, when you fix one thing, another pops up. You also have extrordinary for vision in the design. Something of this nature will take time and effort (both the company and us users) to polish,
Although I get frustrated with the software, and myself, I remain patient. This is one piece of software that takes a good bit of time to explore and master.. I feel it's an honor to be involved with this in the present stage. Just using this software for a few months has given me a huge insight into different ways of makig music.. I've been incorporating some of the features here, by tweaking and fooling with Logic's transofrmers.

Thanks for your positive comments! Going through this refinement process, as Mark correctly said, is tough and sometimes extremely frustrating. This week I used Synfire a lot and very much enjoyed making music again, at last. Expressing yourself this way is a really rewarding and pleasant experience.
A new update 1.5.2 is just about to come. It will fix and improve many things again. It will be the basis for the coming weeks when we will put new videos and instructions online. Our focus for the next months is to teach our users how to use Synfire and show different workflows. I think we will have a lot of fun together ;-)
