Hi.
I'm noticing the tooltips have become extremely intrusive in v2.4.5b1.
In particular, if tooltips are on they pop up immediately and are in the way of the link and speaker icons used for snippet substitution control.
Is there a setting to control the delay-before-popup for tooltips? If not, I think this would be helpful.
If no setting, then I think the built-in default needs to be adjusted so that there is an increment of time (not too long, not too short) allowed for operating a control before the tooltip pops up and obscures it.
IOW, the goal is a smooth experience without requiring tooltips to be shut off.
