Poly bass problem. Gif file attached.

Instructions below describes steps of use and problem area.  

1-The Palette tab is selected and chords added. (Auditions chords in poly, bass in mono while added to progression bar).

2- Chords in poly and bass in mono still when auditioned by mouse in progression bar and palette. 

3- Chords in poly and bass in poly when auditioned by progression probe button.

It is working as intented (normal) with the Halion Sonic Vsti 32 GM mode with the same progression you used.
No problem with it.

NO! ..i checked the soundmodule on the mix page and indeed the synth string and acoustic bass are sounding at the same time for the probe function.(because it is difficult to hear)

It seems that the probe function is not correct working 

If i press by mouse on the progression or in the palette or the probe button in the palette screen also then the Acoustic bass

is added to the chord sound Synth strings 1

So the bass is hearable in all three situations ( i can try to mute the GM 33 Acoustic bass ?) 

I should say you can use the chords listening with the probe button ( and the other two methods too) by setting the GM chord voice on solo in the Kronos synth till it is fixed by Cognitone.
 

First off, I'm sorry for the confusion about edits in this forum being broadcast to all members. This is impossible to know, because the editors don't get notified themselves. There's an option to disable notifications, if you want to edit your post w/o broadcasting the change: Click on the "Administration" link and a page opens that includes a checkbox to disable notifications:

Now, for the polyphonic bass, I first thought it was a sound assigment issue (i.e. the bass sound playing the chords due to a midi issue). But it seems to be more complicated. I never noticed it, despite using the Probe function all the time. I will need to make a few experiments with recording the output to understand what happens. Will be fixed soon. Thanks for pointing it out and for your patience.

I want bass to play with chords when auditioned by any of the three select options.

As long as bass plays back in monophonic not polyphonic.

Also, as to forum edits broadcasting. I couldn't locate the administration link to disable notification. Please advise.

Happy News:

There's a patch now online that fixes the bass probe issue. Check out Help >> Online Updates.

Regarding the "Administration" link, it's probably visible only to moderators. I'll check if it can be enabled for everyone.

Also added, "Plugin srcoll.gif" displaying my scroll problem. Hope it helps.
