The announcements forum was removed. All postings were copied to the cognitone blog, which is meant as a news feed. You can now easily subscribe to that blog to be notified about new postings. The best way to stay informed however is to add the RSS feed of the site to your email reader (see RSS symbol on bottom of the home page).
