Hi.
I uploaded on YouTube a video showing how I performed a reverse chord search: i.e., given a melody, I asked Synfire to deduct the corresponding chord(s). This should be a task for the Harmonizer, but I must admit that, so far, the Harmonizer didn't gave me fully satisfying results.
Should anyone watch it and have any question, I'm here (more or less).

For the finickies: actually the "three chords" are... one: Eb(add9). Synfire lists the same chord with different names. The most important thing is that it's the right chord!
There are several apps out there which perform the reverse lookup to find chords and scales starting from a bunch of notes. I sometime use Piano Companion, but on Mac is also pretty good Tessitura Pro.
This is a function that should be enhanced in Synfire, since it's common practice when looking for musical ideas.

Hi Ruchir.
I'm not sure I understood exactly the question, but I think the fastest way is to load the desired scale into the Palette. Synfire will take care to show you all, really all the possible chords on that scale (or on more scales if you upload more than one)
