hi, I'm back.
I moved in a new house, and the move was rather challenging...
Now I'm up and running again, but on a freshly purchased iMac Pro. And to greet me after a fresh installation of Synfire, MacOS warned that "This app is not optimized for the 64 bit architecture"...
A new nightmare for Andre?

Guess Synfire is still to drop 32bit support as warned about in (https://users.cognitone.com/article/phasing-out-32-bit-support) ?
Article does mention the warning you got though.

Hi Roberto - welcome back!
This warning message is the Apple way of pushing developers hard to abandon 32 bit apps as quickly as possible. While I think it's about time to do so, I don't like how this suggests to new users (and demo users) that Synfire might be outdated or something.
Read here for new information on this: (https://users.cognitone.com/topic/phasing-out-32-bit-support#comment-16…)
And yes, once we released the next update, this annoying message will be gone. There will be no new features this time, though. All this is merely to make the move to 64 bit.

Synfire 1.9.0 is around the corner already. It will implement the move to 64 bit. For the initial release there will be no new features yet. The entire development platform has changed, though, which kept us busy for months. We will need to run a beta phase in which issues are collected and fixed that arose from the platform switch. Once everything runs as fine as before, we will begin introducing new features.

Andre,
I have offered my services to Cognitone in terms of how a Professional would approach using this wonderful software. As a writer, producer for 30+ years and an expert on Logic Pro, I wish to integrate Orchestral Arrangements into Logic Rock based projects for major release and TV, Media release.
I am currently running Synfire Pro Demo and it is a steep learning curve. Unfortunately no one has replied to my emails, which is disheartening when I am trying to give professional help and advice to Cognitone. I hope you can work this out brother... Cheers from London, UK

Hi Paul, we did receive your email and appreciate you contacting us. We're just currently too busy with urgent development, so it may take longer than usual for us to reply to business proposals. We'll get back to you soon. Thanks!
As we are at it, Mojave is out already and Synfire seems to still run fine. More on this here.
