Hi All
For example i have a container with a length of 4 Bars and i want to cut, divide it in the range of 2-3 to have three containers 1 to 2 , 2 to 3 and 3 to 5
I select the span tool and draw a selection with it over the upper time ruler from 2 to 3 bar, then select the container and apply Divide Comand J then is divided in two containers not in three, the cut is in the left side,in the 2 bar but not in the 3 (rigth side of the selection range)
I must select now a range from 3 to 4 bar to get the three container
Is there any way to get the three container in one operation, like with scissor tool that divide the range in the left and right sides of the selection?
And if now i want to do the contrary,to select two containers and join them, how can i join then like with a glue tool?
Thanks
Regards :)

Not yet, although the idea is great!
select two containers and join them
Also not yet possible, but you can group them.
Containers are not "MIDI regions" or similar flat data. Dividing and joining containers is a very complex operation that needs to take into account the individual phrases and parameters inside. Some may be looped, some not. Some parameters may not exist in both containers. Some may have different interpretation or morphing or time signature settings that would get lost when joined, and so on.
(by the way; All uppercase letters are considered screaming out loud ...)

Supertonic i imagine what difficult must be to cut the phrases,parameters...that across the same bar and cut it
yes i tried with select the two containers by comand and apply group but the notes in the new container result in transparent,in grey?

The figures are not copied to the new group container. They are still in the included containers. That's why they appear as a shadow when the group container is selected. If you want phrases to become physical in the group container, make a snapshot and then remove them from the child containers.
As noted above, a snapshot may eliminate some details, if you have different interpretation, scheme, etc.
