Synfire can synchronize with your DAW so you can compose and arrange music around existing audio tracks. Learn about common scenarios when working with Drones and how to set them up.
Achtung: Drones are optional. They add complexity to your workflow. Since DAWs are not designed to be controlled this way, some things don't feel immediately intuitive (it's a hack, actually). We strongly recommend beginners work inside Synfire until the new workflows feel natural.

Well done, guys. You have such an amazing piece of software, but with this drone syncing, I just couldn't get it to work every time, and it was most probably due to me.
So, a big thanks for completing this new tutorial. It's a lifesaver. It might be easy for you guys to connect like Abelton/Studio One is for me. Synfire is a different beast from DAWS as you know and more of a learning curve in my opinion, but well worth learning for sure.
